Bob Dylan's Jewish Blues With fascinating video clips, live-singing and discussion, Cantor Jeff Klepper explores 2016 Nobel Laureate Bob Dylan's spiritual journey from his earliest songs though his Grammy winning mid-career masterpiece, Time Out of Mind. Jeff will also share his original Dylan parodies, which have earned praise from historian David Kaufman in Jewhooing the Sixties: "The effect is hilarious, nicely displaying Klepper's ability to both "channel" Dylan and project Jewishness onto him; to both honor his hero and, in a kind of tongue-in-cheek wish fulfillment, gently mock Dylan's lack of overt Jewish religiosity, all at the same time." Jeff Klepper is a cantor at Temple Sinai in Sharon. Read his bio and think "Shalom Rav." 2018 – 2019 New England Region Federation of Jewish Men’s Clubs Nominated Slate
